When managing an opportunity, Administrators can see multiple different statuses for applications in the Data Grid. The status info combined with the on-screen information about reviews on the Data Grid can tell you quite a bit about where the review process currently is.

  • Draft - Applicant has not submitted application.
  • Submitted – Applicant has submitted application. No other actions have been taken by an administrator.
  • Returned - Application has been returned by the administrator so that an applicant can make edits (returns app to draft). Applications in returned status cannot be assigned for review.
  • Returned for Revisions - Specific status for when a reviewer assigned to a Return for Revisions routing step has returned the application to an applicant for revisions. These applications also cannot be assigned for review.
  • Accepted – Application can now be assigned for review, but has not been assigned yet.
  • Assigned – Application has been assigned for review, but reviews have not been started.
  • Reviews Active – Assigned reviews have been started, some may be completed, but not all are completed.
  • Reviewed – All assigned reviews have been completed.
  • Awarded - Final decision on application was made and application was selected as an awardee
  • Rejected – Final decision on application was made and application was not selected as an awardee

For more information about when these statuses are assigned as an application moves through the process, see our Quick Start Guide.
