If you have been assigned a post-award report (called "progress report" in the platform), you will get an email notification with a direct link to the report. You must be logged in to view the progress report(s).


You can also access the report from your Progress Reports tab. Click the report title to access the assigned report.

Read the instructions at the top of the page. Below the instructions lists the opportunity, your application title, and a list of progress reports with their due dates. If you need to reference your original application that was awarded, click the My Application button on the right.

Scroll down to view the specific report, and fill in the appropriate information.

  • If file uploads are requested, click Select File to choose a file from your computer and then click Upload to attach it to the report.
  • At the bottom of the page, you can click Save as Draft if you need to return to the report later.
  • When you are finished, click the Submit Report button. 
  • If you need to contact the Administrator, click the Details button to view their name.

Note: Even if the progress report due date has passed, you will be able to submit the report.
