When viewing an opportunity in InfoReady, you will have the option to automatically promote it in your institution's Engagement Hub. 


Details - At any time, select Yes to identify the opportunity as one to be promoted through the Engagement Hub.

Finalize - In the last step, click Configure Tile to begin creating the tile that will show in the Engagement Hub.

The onscreen window will guide you through the tile creation process. Fill out any and all fields that are appropriate, and click Save.

You'll know you configured the tile correctly when you see this message:

Congratulations! You're all set now. Remember that you can always come back here to make changes and updates. Close this window to continue.

Close the window to return to the Finalize page. Select from the available options.


Note:  If working on a draft, the tile will not show on the Engagement Hub until the opportunity is launched.

In a new opportunity, if you select Launch, you will have to confirm the tile configuration by clicking Yes, Launch Now. (If you still need to adjust tile, click No , Edit Tile Now and then the Configure Tile button).

Check your Engagement Hub to see the published tile. You can edit the tile at any point from within your InfoReady site by returning to the Finalize step > Configure Tile.
