In the Progress Reports section, administrators can require Awardees to upload one or more files as part of their progress report(s). 


Administrator View - Ask the Awardee to Upload a File

1. Select Yes to enable the file upload(s) section.

2. Choose how you would like to collect the file.

3. Add a label.

4. Add additional instructions for the Awardee.

5. Select if the file should be Required or Optional.

6. Click Add.

To add an additional file upload, click the Add Another File Upload link directly below the last file that was created:

Administrator View - Provide a file for the Awardee to Complete and Upload

The process is the same except in Step 2, you will:

    A. Select the file from your computer.

    B. Click Upload to attach the file.

Awardee View

  • Awardees will always see Select File and Upload buttons. 
  • If the administrator provided a file, it will be listed below any instructions. The Awardee should click the file label or download icon to access the file.

Administrator View of Submitted Files

As awardees upload the files, they will be visible under the Progress Report(s) section from the application view. Click the PDF button at the top of the Application page to download the entire application packet, including progress report uploads.
