An administrator may need to delete a file upload:

  • from an Awardee's submitted report
  • from the entire progress report (affecting all Awardees' reports)


Individual File on a Submitted Progress Report

  • If you need to delete a file upload from a specific Awardee's progress report, navigate to the awarded application by clicking its title from the Data Grid and then the Progress Reports button in the local navigation menu on the right. 
  • Scroll down to the summitted report and simply click the trash can icon next to the file upload to delete and then click Save Edits.

A File Upload Option for a Specific Progress Report

  • From the Manage tab, click the title of the opportunity and then the Edit button on the right.
  • Click Progress Reports in the local navigation menu on the right.
  • Expand the progress report that has the file upload option you want to delete.

  • Scroll down to the File Upload(s) section and click the trash can icon next to the upload you want to delete.

  • A message will appear asking you to confirm the change, which will vary based on whether progress report files have already been submitted:


No files have been uploaded

One or more files have been uploaded

  • Message content will vary based on how many files have already been uploaded.

Delete File Upload (Warning) modal. 1 Progress Report containing this file upload has already been assigned and data has been entered. If this file upload is deleted, the data cannot be recovered. Are you sure you want to delete this file upload? This change cannot be undone. Cancel and Delete buttons in lower right.
