Tenant Administrators have the ability to select and re-order tiles on any carousel (i.e., landing page) in the Engagement Hub.
To begin, go to the Site Administration section and choose Carousel Configuration from the local navigation bar.
Scroll down to the landing page on which you want to select or re-order tiles, and click Edit.
The Available list on the left lists all tiles in the Hub not currently associated with the given landing page.
The Selected list on the right shows all tiles currently associated with the given landing page.
Statuses after a tile in brackets [ ] may include:
- Available - Tile is launched and would show on the Hub, based on the dates selected for it to appear.
- Not Available - Tile is launched but would not currently show on the Hub, based on the dates selected for it to appear.
- Not Launched - Tile is still in configuration by an administrator.
To move a tile from the Available list on the left to the landing page on the right, click its title, then the right (>) button, then Save.
To remove a tile from the landing page, click its title, then the left (<) button, then Save.
To move multiple tiles at once (either way), hold down Shift to select multiple tiles.
The double right (>>) and double left (<<) buttons move all tiles in the list in the selected direction.
To re-order tiles, select one or more from the list, then use the "up" or "down" arrow buttons on the right.
Make sure to click Save once re-ordering is complete.
Clicking the "double up" arrow moves a tile to be first in the list.
Clicking the "double down" arrow moves the tile to be last in the list.
