If you need to download one application and its contents as a PDF, there are two options, shown below. Each application packet will contain a Table of Contents, followed by the application form, file uploads (if included), reference letters (if included), and completed reviews (if downloaded in batch and selected).


1. Download the application from the individual application view.

  • From the Data Grid, click the title of the application.
  • Click the PDF button at the top of the screen.

2. Download the application through a batch action on the Data Grid.

  • Check the box next to the application you need to download.
  • In the Batch Actions menu, select Download Selected (PDF).
  • Decide what contents you want to include.
  • Click Download.
