A progress report must be assigned before an Awardee has access to it.
There are two methods to assign progress reports:
- Individually
- In batches (to multiple applications at a time)
If a certain progress report is not relevant for a given awardee, an administrator can skip the progress report.
Once a progress report is assigned, an administrator can also:
- add another user to access the report as a delegate.
- choose to allow awardees to add their own delegate to access and/or submit the progress report.
Note: When assigning progress reports, administrators must put in a deadline. However, awardees are still able to submit reports, even after the deadline. The status they will see in their Progress Reports tab is Overdue, but the process to submit does not change.
