Click the Grid View dropdown to view the options:
A. Full View - Default view of each tab that contains standard information that exists in any opportunity
B. Simple View - More condensed version of the essential information on each tab.
C. Save Current Grid View
- Administrators can customize their columns, search, sort, and/or filter to display the data they need You can even rearrange the order o the columns.
- Then click Save Current Grid view:
A. Enter a name for the saved view.
B. Optional - Check "Set as default view" if you want it to be your starting view every time you log into InfoReady.
C. Click Save.
- Administrators can save multiple custom views per tab, per opportunity.
- If a saved view already exists, any administrator or Viewer with access to the opportunity can see the view in their Grid View dropdown.
- Click the trash can to delete any custom view, which will remove it from the Grid View dropdown for all users.
Star (Select Default View)
- If not already chosen when saving a custom view, click the star icon next to the view that you want to save as your default.
- If you log out and back in to the platform, the grid will show with this view displayed as the default.
- Each administrator with access to the opportunity can save their own default view for each tab.
- In the example above, the administrator has chosen the Full View to be their default.
