Click the Grid View dropdown to view the options:

Full View - Default view of each tab that contains standard information that exists in any opportunity


Simple View - More condensed version of the essential information on each tab. 


Custom View

  • Only exists if a view has previously been saved for the tab (see below). 
  • All administrators with access to the opportunity will be able to see the same saved view.


Save Current Grid View

  • Administrators can customize their columns, search, sort, and/or filter to display the data they need. 
  • Then they can click this option to save the current view of the Grid. 
  • Administrators can save only one custom view per tab, per opportunity. 
  • If a saved view already exists, any administrator with access to the opportunity can override that view (see below).

Star (Select Default View)

  • Click the star icon next to the view that you want to save as your default. 
  • If you log out and back in to the system, the grid will show with this view displayed as the default.
  • Each administrator with access to the opportunity can save their own default view (Full, Simple, or Custom).
