In InfoReady, a status of Returned means an application has been sent back to the applicant in draft form for them to make edits. Applications that are returned must be re-submitted by the Internal Submission Deadline. Applications can be returned individually or in batches, as shown below.


Note: If an administrator needs to access a returned application, they will need to follow these instructions: Edit or Submit a Returned Application.


One Application (Individual Submission)

1. From the Data Grid, click the title of the application.

2. On the local navigation menu, click the Accept or Return button.

3. Select the Return Application radio button.

4. Edit the email message to explain to the applicant what they need to change before re-submitting.

5. Click Send at the bottom of the page.

Multiple Applications (Batch Action)

1. From the Data Grid, sort the Status column to Submitted

  • Only applications with this status can be returned, so this will make the process easier.

2. Select the check boxes on the left for the submissions you need to return.

3. Click the Batch Actions dropdown.

4. Click Return Applications for Resubmission.

6. Click Send at the bottom of the modal.
