Rejecting an application is one of the final decisions in the system. Applications can be rejected individually or as a group (in batches).

Note: To applicants, the term displayed in the Applications tab is Not Awarded, but on the administrative end, Rejected is used.

Rejecting One Application

1. From the Data Grid, click the application's title.

2. Decide if you want to send a notification to the applicant or not.

  • If yes, you can cc or bcc others and add a file attachment (if needed).
  • Check the box to include review feedback (if desired). You can edit any of the feedback or other content in the box before sending.
  • Review the language in the box and then click Send Rejection Email to complete the rejection process.

  • If not sending a notification, simply click the Reject Applicant button.
