Module 7: Put into Practice Exercise
- Scenario 1: You have created an LOI but only one person applied. Your organization has chosen not to award directly from the LOI. Instead, they would like more people to apply in Phase 2. What steps would you take to advance the one applicant but also allow for new applications?
- Scenario 2: An LOI Applicant selected to advance received your notification to complete their application for Phase 2. However, the Applicant states they cannot find the new opportunity on your site’s Homepage. What would you advise this Applicant? Where might they go to locate the Draft application for Phase 2?
- Activity: Check your Manage tab to see if you are currently an Admin for any LOIs. Remember to click the blue “Letters of Intent” heading at the top of the Manage tab. If you do not have access to an LOI, check with a Super Admin to see if they can provide you access to an LOI as a Co-administrator for training purposes. Once you have access to an LOI, copy that LOI and develop an LOI template following steps in the Support resources. Once finalized as a template, please copy the URL link, and paste it into a Support ticket. Include your responses to Scenarios 1 and 2 in the ticket and note completion of Module 7.
