Previewing the form is the best way to check overall settings, instructions, and any conditional logic. Administrators can test the form while making edits and before launching without collecting any data in the opportunity.

IMPORTANT: Especially if you build in conditional logic, test multiple times with a variety of different response combinations to make sure the correct questions are shown and/or required.

How to Preview

• First, make sure you're in creation mode (or return to Edit mode, if the opportunity is launched).
• Click Preview above the form configuration page.

• Practice filling out the form as an applicant would. 
• Once you try to submit, you can even see red/pink validation messages if you forget a required question.

Note: Not all questions are fully functional when using Preview since a true user isn't filling out the form. For example, Primary Organization will not display the full organization list, and you cannot drag and drop files into a file upload option.
