The default applicant submission experience is that they need to preview their responses before submitting. This provides an intentional "pause" for them to check their work before finalizing.

Applicant View (with Preview)

At the end of the form, applicants must click the blue Preview button.

On the next screen, they can review responses. At the bottom of the page, they can click the Edit link to modify any responses or click the Submit button to finalize the application.Applicant view of Edit link and Submit button outlined in red.

Another option is for administrators to allow applicants to bypass that step and allow applicants to submit directly, without previewing.
