Any administrator with access to a specific opportunity is able to delete it. However, if the deletion was an accident, it is also easy to restore to its original state.
- To see a list of all deleted opportunities you have access to, go to your Manage tab in the Global navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Deleted table.
- Tip: If you manage a lot of opportunities, it may be easier to collapse the Open and Archived tables to more quickly see the Deleted table.
- Opportunities will show in the Deleted table for 30 days from their initial deletion date. If you need a competition restored that was deleted more than 30 days ago or you do not see it in your Deleted table, submit a support ticket.
- Click Restore next to any competition that was deleted in error to return it to is full state, including any applications, reviews, and/or progress reports.
- You will receive a message onscreen confirming the competition has been restored. At that point, any administrator who initially had access to the opportunity will see it in their Manage and/or Reports tabs again. If it was an open competition, it will also show on the Homepage.
