Edit by Administrator

Administrators can edit submitted applications at any time:


    1. Click the title of the application (in the Data Grid) to open the application.

    2. Click the Edit button (on the right of the screen).

    3. Make any necessary edits to the application. 

  •     To replace a file, delete the current file on the application and then upload a new one.

    4. Click the Save Edits button on the right side of the screen. 

    The applicant will not receive any notification that the application has been edited.

Edit by Applicant

If an application was submitted and has not yet been accepted (Status: Submitted), the administrator can return the application to the applicant for edits. This action will send the application back to the applicant as a draft (Status: Draft) and will allow the applicant to edit and re-submit:

    

    1. Click the title of the application (in the Data Grid) to open the application.

    2. Click the Accept or Return Application button (on the right of the screen).

    3. Choose the Return Application option.

    4. Edit the message that will be sent to the applicant to explain what needs to be edited.

    5. Click Send found below the text box.

 

Note: The only time applicants are personally able to make edits to submitted applications is when administrators send the application back for edits by returning the application. Once an administrator marks an application as Accepted, the application cannot be marked as Returned, and only an administrator can edit the application.
