Archived opportunities can currently only be re-opened by contacting InfoReady Support. Administrators who need to re-open a process should email the name of the opportunity and a link to support@inforeadycorp.com. 

Usually within one business day of receiving the request InfoReady can un-archive the opportunity. We will notify the administrator when it's complete.

Note: If the archived opportunity was associated with the Letter of Intent (LOI) functionality, it cannot be un-archived.
