Applicants may encounter a situation where the application buttons are grayed out and disabled for saving and submitting the application. The most common reason for this issue is that the applicant has not checked the box next to the acknowledgement statement at the end of the form.


The Save as Draft and Submit Application buttons will be enabled once the applicant checks the box next to the acknowledgement statement.
