The links included in emails to reviewers will vary based on how reviews are assigned. A reviewer will need to be logged in to InfoReady to view the application and its associated review form. If the user isn't already logged in, clicking the button in the email notification should take them to the login page, and then they'll be redirected to the correct review page. (If they're taken to the homepage instead, they can click Login in the upper right corner of the site).

If reviews are assigned to an individual application, the Review Request email template is used, and the application link is included in the View button.

Notes:
- While helpful, the reviewers do not need the links in the email to access the application. If they log in to the correct InfoReady site and go to their Reviews tab, they will always be able to see the correct assignments.
- If you edit an email template and remove a merge field or the button, no links will appear in the email.

The {application links} merge field in the Multiple Review Request email template provides a link so that the reviewer can navigate to the application they have been requested to review. This merge field is only available when assigning reviews using the Batch Actions menu from the Data Grid
