If the Comments & Ratings Combination routing step type is used, there are several ways administrators can access comments and scores submitted by reviewers. The system also provides both average scores and individual scores per review for each application. Here are the places to find comments and each type of score:
Where to find comments
- Excel reports downloaded from the Data Grid
- Application & Applicant Details (Reviewer Details tab)
- Raw Review Data
- Clicking the reviewer name on the reviewer assignment screen of the individual application
- The Edit Review page
- PDF generated by clicking the Print button on Edit Review page
- The PDF attached to the Routing Step Recap (if activated) Note: These are received by reviewers, not admins.
- Clicking the review from the reviewer's profile page
- Batch PDFs downloaded from the Data Grid
Where to find scores
Individual scores (per reviewer) are found in:
- Excel reports downloaded from the Data Grid
- Application & Applicant Details (Reviewer Details tab)
- Raw Review Data
- Total Application Scores by Reviewer
- Reviewer assignment screen
- The review (go to the Edit Review page)
- The PDF attached to the Routing Step Recap (if activated) Note: These are received by reviewers, not admins.

Average scores are found in:
