If you notice that emails sent by the system are frequently being stopped by spam filters, then your IT department might need to whitelist the InfoReady IP address. This change will tell your network firewall that emails from InfoReady are not spam.

Note: 198.61.254.52 is a former IP no longer in use. If your institution previously whitelisted this IP, it should be removed.
