Some users have reported seeing a spinning wheel on the page when attempting to save or submit their application. This is usually caused by an issue that creates multiple drafts of the same application when only one submission is allowed for the opportunity. It isn't due to an error on the applicant's part, but the applicant can often fix it by deleting the extra draft.


To see if there are multiple drafts, the applicant should click the Applications tab at the top of the site. Click the trash can icon to delete a duplicate. Then return to the other draft by clicking its title from the same table.
