If you registered for an InfoReady account but the Confirm Account button in the email is not directing you to create a password:

  1. Look below the activation button in the email for a direct URL.
  2. Copy the URL and paste into the browser address bar to activate the account.

Note: Internal users should always click on the blue button that says: Login for {institution name} Users to sign in with their institutional credentials via Single Sign-On (SSO). They do NOT need to set a different password for the InfoReady site.

 Example Confirmation Email to External Users

  • Click the Confirm Account button to set a password.
  • After setting a password, the page should redirect to the correct InfoReady site.

Hello, Someone using this email address created an account for (blurred name) InfoReady Review service. If you created the account, please click the Confirm Account button to complete the account creation process.   • Click the blue button at the top of the page to enter your institutional credentials.
