When adding default reviewers to a routing step, an administrator may receive an error message titled: You forgot to complete one required field. The most common reason this error message appears is the administrator entering a space after the comma (used to separate email addresses). Removing the space after the comma will resolve the issue.

The error may also appear if a semi-colon was used between multiple email addresses. Use a comma with no spaces in between email addresses.
