Prior to accepting your application into the review process*, administrators are able to return applications to applicants for edits. If the admin performs this action, you will receive an email notification with a link to your application and instructions on the changes that need to be made (if the admin includes them). 


The application will be in draft status in your Applications tab, and you will be able to make edits and re-submit the application. You will not need to re-start a new application. 


*If your application has already been accepted into the review process, the administrator will need to make edits to the application on your behalf.

You will not be able to re-submit your application if the opportunity deadline has passed. If you encounter a situation where the deadline has already passed, please contact the opportunity administrator. Click on your application title and then Details to see the name of the administrator. This person will need to either:

  • extend the opportunity deadline, or 
  • make the edits on your behalf.
