If you want to allow users with any email domain to register for accounts the platform, a Super Administrator (or Global admin when microsites are enabled) should navigate to the Admin tab > Configure Platform section.

Check the box next to "Allow users from ANY email domain to register and create an account."


Note: This only applies to new applicants registering for accounts. Reviewers can have email addresses with any domain and are created automatically when assigned their first review(s).

Box checked that says: "Allow users from ANY email domain to register and create an account."

Confirm the selection by clicking Yes.

Modal: If you change this setting, users from any email domain - not just those you select - can register and create an account. Are you sure you want to make this change?
