Once an application has been awarded and a progress report has been assigned, administrators can schedule additional email reminders to encourage the Awardee to complete each report.


Notes 

  • Administrators can assign progress reports individually or in batches
  • The reminders section will not becomes activated until a report has been assigned.
  • If a progress report is submitted before the reminder is scheduled to be sent, the reminder will not be sent.

How to Schedule a Progress Report Reminder

Navigate to the awarded application by going to Manage >Data Grid > title of the application.


1. Click the Progress Report(s) button on the right side.

2. Expand the relevant progress report by clicking the > or its title.

3. Click the Schedule Reminder(s) link.

4. Choose how to send the reminder:

  • On a specific date and time (shown below).

OR

  • Offset the send date by a certain time period before the deadline.

5. If needed, cc or bcc others on the message. This is optional.

6. Review the email subject line and edit if necessary.

7. Review the body of the email message and edit if necessary.

8. Click the Schedule Reminder button in the lower right corner.

The reminder will be displayed in the Report Reminder(s) section.

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the reminder at any time before the send date.
  • Click the trash can icon to delete the reminder at any time before the send date.

Click the Add Another Reminder link to configure additional reminders for the progress report.
