As an Administrator, if you are trying to apply by proxy for an applicant, and the Submit and Save buttons are grayed out so that you can't click them:
Make sure you are choosing the email address from the dropdown (#3 below). You cannot just type in an email address, or copy and paste one in.
- This enables the system to link the application to the user's (applicant's) profile. If you do not choose their email address from the dropdown, the platform will not allow you to submit (even if all of the fields are filled out).
- If their email address does not populate in the dropdown, a Super Administrator will need to add the user in the system. The user does not need to confirm their email address; they will just need to be in the Manage Users list.
If there is an acknowledgement statement, you must check the box to mark it as acknowledged.
