Multiple Select Questions allow applicants to choose one or more options in a check box list. The administrator determines the minimum and maximum selections allowed.


Here's how to add this type of question to the application form (Requirements section):


1. Click the Add Requirement button (below proposal requirements section).

2. In the question creation box, fill in the appropriate information:

  • Req Type: Choose whether the question should be in the Applicant or Proposal section of the application form.
  • Form Type: Multiple Select Questions
  • Question Label: Type your question here.
  • Min. Selections Required: Put in a minimum an applicant must choose. Use "0" if the question is optional.
  • Max Selections Allowed: Must be higher than minimum number.
  • Multiple Select Options: Type in one choice per text field. Add more by clicking the "Add answer option" link.
  • Note to Applicant: Add any clarifying information or instructions about the question.


3. Click Add to finalize your question. It now appears in the appropriate Requirements box above.

Note: Once any application is submitted, this question type cannot be edited. (Updated April 2019)
