Administrators can submit and/or edit reference letters by proxy:


1. From the Manage tab, click the title of the opportunity.

2. Click on the application title.

3. Click Edit on the right side.

4. Navigate to the Reference Letters section and find the letter writer's email address.

5. Follow the steps below to either upload or replace the letter.


Upload Letter

If no letter has been submitted, the administrator can submit one by clicking the Upload Reference Letter by Proxy button:

Replace Existing Letter

If a letter has already been submitted, the administrator can delete it and replace it with another letter:
