If you have the Platinum or Gold Levels of Service, you can choose to include Keyword functionality on your InfoReady site. Here's how it works:
You'll send InfoReady your list of keywords (e.g. MeSH keyword list), and we will upload the list to your InfoReady site and activate the option. Super Admins (or Global Admins, if applicable) will be able to manage the keyword list from the Admin tab, Configure Platform section.

Once the feature is turned on, you will be able to:
- add individual keywords with unique identifiers and include the keywords in a hierarchy.
- add, edit, and delete keywords.
- search, sort, and filter the keyword list.

Administrator Configuration View - Requirements Page
You can add a keyword field to an application form so that applicants can add relevant keywords to their application.
- Add the keyword field on the Requirements page when creating or editing.
- Field can be optional or required.
- Can include instructions to applicants
Applicant View
When the applicant fills out their application:
- a type-ahead search will display a drop down list of possible matches.
- they can add as many keywords as necessary.
- selected keywords will be visible any place where the submitted application is accessible.
Administrator View of Report
- From the Data Grid, download the Application & Applicant Details - All Fields report.
- The last column in the report has keywords selected on each application, separated by commas.
