Newly assigned administrators will receive a welcome email containing the Administrator Guide and details about other ways to obtain support. The email will be sent when you add a new administrator as a user, or when you change an existing user's role to Administrator, Super Administrator, or Global Administrator.

Administrator permissions include the ability to create, post, and manage competitions and opportunities on the site. To help you get started, the Administrator Guide is attached to this email. There are also several other ways to access helpful support material. Throughout the InfoReady site you will find links to help videos denoted by blue boxes with 'Play' icons. The "Help" link in the upper right corner contains a link to the InfoReady Support Portal where you can find FAQs, support material, forums, and even submit support requests.
