Before you launch, think about what information you'll be sharing with reviewers. 

  • Will you allow reviewers to see the name of the applicant(s)?
  • Would you like to allow reviewers to see all applications, or just the ones they are assigned to review?
  • Do you want the reviewers for subsequent steps to be able to see the reviews from the current step?
  • Do you want to send a Routing Step Recap?
    • The Routing Step Recap is an email with a PDF of all reviews for the step, sent after all the reviews have been submitted for that step. 
    • A separate email is sent for each application. 
    • It is only sent to the reviewers who were assigned to that step, for that application. 

Edit each of your routing steps accordingly in the section of the Routing Steps page shown below:
