Admins can select and download application packets in batches from the Data Grid using the batch actions menu. The option in the drop-down menu is called Download Selected (PDF).


1. Select the applications you'd like to download.

2. Click the Batch Actions dropdown.

3. Select Download Selected (PDF).

  • In the modal, select the information you'd like to download.
  • Click Download.

  • Choose if you'd like the content Combined or Separate.
  • Click Download.

If you choose Combined. the download packet will contain contents in this order:

  • Table of Contents with each application and its contents paginated
  • Applications will then be listed in order of Application ID with any materials in this order:
    • Application form (any "short answer" questions like text fields, email addresses, multiple choice, etc.)
    • File uploads (if included)
    • Reference letters (if included)
    • Completed reviews (if selected)
    • Complete progress reports (if selected)

If you choose Separate, the download will be a .zip folder.

  • Each application has the naming convention: Applicant First Name Applicant Last Name_Application ID (e.g., Joe Smith_1234)
  • Each application is a file with the contents in the order listed above.
Notes: 
- If you receive a "Data inside one of the supporting documents is preventing conversion to PDF" error, the total size of the PDF may be too large. Try downloading in smaller batches.
- Even if file uploads are asked for within different parts of the application, they will all be grouped together in the PDF download in the order above
