In all tabs of the Data Grid from the Select dropdown, administrators can choose to select or deselect all applications or all applications on a page. 

Note: Choosing "Select all on page" will not deselect any applications on other pages.

As applications are selected, the tooltip content adjusts to remind administrators how many are selected:
