Yes. The integration is only available for those who have administrator accounts in Pivot and InfoReady, which are distinct platforms that require separate licenses. It is a one-to-one account mapping, meaning that you cannot integrate multiple InfoReady accounts to one Pivot account (or vice versa).


  • If you do not have a Pivot administrator account, talk to another administrator at your institution that already has an account or visit their website.
  • If you do not have an administrator account in InfoReady, email support@inforeadycorp.com, and we can connect you with the appropriate administrator at your institution to give you access.


Once you have administrator accounts established in each platform, email support@inforeadycorp.com with your name and email address that is associated with your Pivot administrator account. We will work with the Pivot support team to map the account and let you know when it is complete. Once integrated, you will see a Push to InfoReady button at the bottom of the right sidebar within the Pivot listing.
