First, make sure you are logged in to both Pivot and your InfoReady site.
Once you find the opportunity in Pivot, click the Push to InfoReady button in the lower right hand corner of the posting:
You will then be taken to the Template Selection Screen:
- Select your Template Type, Template, and Purpose.
- For Template Type, select:
- InfoReady templates - to create a brand new opportunity from one of InfoReady's default templates
- My/Shared/Sitewide and then {Name of template} - to select a template already created that will pre-populate the Requirements, Routing Steps, Notifications, and Progress Reports (if necessary) sections.
- Click Next to be taken to the Details page, which is pre-populated with the fields from the Pivot posting.
- From the Details page, hide (A), delete (B), or edit (C) any of the fields necessary using the trash can and pencil icons.
- Pay particular attention to the checkboxes on the left. Your site may show or hide these fields to applicants by default.
- Review the rest of the steps and then save or launch by clicking Finalize.
