Do you have a detailed rubric that reviewers should refer to when completing their reviews? The steps below show how to add a chart to the Reviewer Instructions section of the routing step. This information will appear at the top of the review form, making it easy for reviewers to reference as they complete their evaluation.


1. Click the table icon in the text editing box.

2. Edit the information in the pop-up box to create the table.

Table Properties box that asks for: Rows, Columns, Width, Height, Headers, Border Size, Cell spacing, Cell padding, Caption and Summary. Blue "Ok" button outlined at bottom.


3. Enter text in the table to define the rubric.

Example table filled out. 4 columns, 4 rows. Column headers: Excellent = 3, Good = 2, Needs Improving =1. Rows: Background, Methodology, Budget
