If you need a rating scale where 1 is the highest value (e.g., NIH), you should edit each scale:

    1. Click Edit Rating Range below the default scale (1-9).

Note: Rating scales cannot be edited after any review has been assigned.

    2. Edit your range (if needed) in the Lowest and Highest text fields. Always leave 1 as lowest.

    3. Check the Make 1 the highest rating value box.

    4. Click Save.
