Administrators can download progress report contents in PDFs by using the Batch Actions menu of the Data Grid.

From any tab of the Data Grid (shown below is the Post Award tab):


1. Select the applications with the progress report(s) you'd like to download.

2. Click Batch Actions.

3. Click Download Selected (PDF).

Select the progress report information you'd like to extract, then click Download.

Choose how you'd like to view the file(s), either combined or separately, then click Download.
