Gating Question

When an applicant chooses to apply to a multitrack opportunity, they will first answer a gating question based on either their primary organization, or a question created by the administrator:


Primary Organization

Administrator Created

Completing the Application Form


Once the applicant clicks Continue, they are taken to the appropriate application form, based on their response to the gating question. They should then continue with the application and Save as Draft or Submit as needed.

Changing Response to Gating Question


If an applicant needs to change their response to the first question, the should click the Select Organization or Select Response button on the right side. 

Select Organization blue button outlined in red on right.


A message displays informing them that no application information from the current application will be saved. The applicant must click Confirm to abandon the current application and select a new response to the gating question.

Change Selection pop-up modal reads: "Changing your selection will result in losing any application information you have entered. This information cannot be recovered. Are you sure you want to continue?" Cancel and Confirm buttons show below.
