To save your current work or launch the opportunity, click the Finalize button on the local navigation menu to the right. Select Save as Draft, Launch, or Set Launch Date, then click Finish


Notes:

  • Though each page of each track is saved as you navigate to the next, it is a good idea to save from the Finalize page when you're done working for an extended period of time.
  • In order to launch or set a launch date, every step for each track must be configured.
  • Even if all steps are configured, they may not be final according to internal specifications. For example, a Requirements step could be configured, but an administrator may still need to add questions to the application form. 
  • You should wait to launch until you are ready to start collecting applications from applicants (i.e., the Requirements area for each track should be complete).

If you choose Launch, a modal will appear asking you to confirm.

  • After launching, you'll be able to edit individual pieces of each track (Requirements, Routing Steps, etc.). 
  • After launching, you may make changes to the applicant instructions on the Tracks page, but you cannot change the track responses or add a track.
