Usually, when it comes time to extract review data from the system, administrators run one or more reports from the Data Grid. However, if administrators need review feedback in pdf format, there are two options:


1. Individual Review on One Application

Use Edit Review by Proxy to generate one reviewer's review:

  • Go to the individual application, in the Reviewers section.
  • Click Edit Review next to the review you need.
  • Click the pdf button at the top of the page. This will generate the application contents and review form for the specific reviewer.


2. All Reviews for One or More Applications

Download the application(s) with reviews as a batch action from the Data Grid. 


1. Select the applications you'd like to download.

2. Click the Batch Actions dropdown.

3. Select Download Selected (PDF).

  • In the Reviews section of the modal, select the review information you'd like to download.
  • Click Download.

  • Choose if you'd like the content Combined or Separate.
  • Click Download.

Note: If you receive a "Data inside one of the supporting documents is preventing conversion to PDF" error, the total size of the PDF may be too large. Try downloading in smaller batches.
