If a user remains inactive in InfoReady for an extended period of time*, a dialog box will appear on the screen:

Your session will expire soon! You will be logged out in 42 seconds (counts down on screen). B. Log out button. C. Stay logged in button.

A. A timer appears and begins counting down automatically from the time amount for the warning message.

B. The user can click the Log Out button to leave the site.

C. Or they can continue working by clicking the Stay Logged In button.

If a user does nothing and remains inactive on the site, when the timer (shown in A above) reaches 0, the user will be logged out, and a message will appear onscreen. The time displayed in the green box below will reflect the site's unique session timeout configurations.

Your session has expired. For security reasons, sessions expire after x minutes of activity. Your session has timed out. To continue, please log in again.

*A Super or Global (if microsites are enabled) Administrator should contact support@inforeadycorp.com to request any desired changes for session timeout.

  • Client sites created before 2/1/20 will not have a pre-defined session timeout.
  • Any sites created after 2/1/20 will have the default setting of a 3-hour timeout with a 15-minute warning message.
