By default, emails sent from the system will come from support@inforeadyreview.com with the sender's name. These notifications also include the reply-to email address of the contact person, which varies based on the message. The generic email address is used so that your institution's network firewall does not flag InfoReady email's as spam, which would occur with much more frequency if we spoofed your email address as the sender.
If you would like to replace support@inforeadyreview.com in email notifications with the sender's email address (or another dedicated account), please contact your Account Manager or support@inforeadycorp.com. This feature is included the Platinum license or can added individually for an additional fee. Enabling the feature requires collaboration between the InfoReady development team and your IT team.
