If you need to delete an application (e.g., a duplicate, a test submission), follow these steps:


1. From the Data Grid, click the application's title.

2. Click the Delete Application button on the right side.

3. Click Ok in the pop-up message.

4. A second modal will confirm the action and provide information on if you need to cancel the request. Click "InfoReady Support" to send a direct email to our Support Team to cancel.


Modal: Your request has been sent. If you change your mind, please contact InfoReady Support immediately.


Notes

  • IMPORTANT: Deleting an application removes all its associated data (including reviews) from the system. It cannot be recovered.
  • Our Support Team processes these requests in 1-2 business days. You will get an email confirmation when it has been deleted.
  • If you make a mistake, immediately submit a ticket to cancel the delete request.
  • If you have an urgent need to get something deleted before the two business days have passed, or if more than two days have passed and you need the deletion expedited, please don't press the Delete Application button a second time. Instead, submit a ticket explaining the situation. We can usually move your request ahead in the queue in such cases.
