InfoReady Release 3.40 was deployed in the early morning hours of Monday, February 1, 2021
This theme of this release is the application grid. Administrators will find new features on the Enhanced Application Grid to help manage applications and reviewers.
New Features and Enhancements
- When downloading PDFs of applications from the Enhanced Application Grid, administrators now have the option to include reviews submitted for the application
- Select “Download Selected (PDF)” from the Batch Applications Actions dropdown, check the boxes next to the applications you wish to download, click the “Continue” button, and then check the box to “Include all submitted reviews in PDF” in the pop-up box.
- Please note: "Comments to the Administrator" by Applicants and/or Reviewers (if collected), as well as the name(s) of the Reviewer(s), will be included in the PDF(s).
- The filters on the application grid have been updated to allow administrators to select multiple options at once, thus giving admins more flexibility to manage and display applications on the app grid.
- The filter selections are denoted by a checkmark and can be deselected (and unchecked) by clicking the option again.
One-click Batch Review Reminders
- Administrators can now send an immediate reminder to all reviewers with a pending review by clicking a single link.
- The link labeled “Send Review Digests Now” can be found just above the Enhanced Application Grid.
- Only reviewers who have current access to the assigned review will receive the reminder. Reviewers with review assignments assigned to a Routing Step occurring later in the review workflow will not receive the reminder.
New Admin Report
- All Global Administrators (for sites that have microsites enabled) and Super Administrators (for sites that don't have microsites) will now receive a system email providing a summary of any new administrators that were created in the past month.
- The notification is sent on the 1st of the month and will only be sent if new admins were created on your site.
- The notification will also include the total number administrator seats are in use. Please note that this number in the notification includes any InfoReady support accounts listed as administrators; however, InfoReady accounts do not count toward the number of administrator seats included in your license.
