Reports downloaded from the Data Grid will always contain all submitted information for every application, and then administrators can manipulate the Excel sheet(s) as needed. 

There is a not a way to only export out a subset of applications and their associated reviews in Excel format. However, you can export selected applications (with or without completed reviews) in PDF format.
