Reports downloaded from the Data Grid will always contain all submitted information for every application, and then administrators can manipulate the Excel sheet(s) as needed. 

To download only some data, customizing columns and then download the grid in Excel format. Or, you can export selected applications (with or without completed reviews) in PDF format.
