If your site's SSO settings need to be modified in any way, please contact support@inforeadycorp.com several weeks before the change needs to take place. This will allow our team to plan the work needed to make the change by your requested deadline. Completion time varies based on the type of update and the number of other projects currently in process. We cannot guarantee on-time completion for requests submitted less than 6 weeks before your deadline.


We will need the following information:

  • What type of change is requested?
  • Are you a member of InCommon?
  • If you are not an InCommon member, what type of authentication method are you using?
  • What date must the change be completed by?
  • Who should we work with for testing (if needed) and implementing the changes?


After we have this information, our SSO project team will reach out to the contact you identify to collaborate on the changes.
