The information below describes the Notes to Awardee fields in the Funding template. If using the Form Designer template, you can add instructions in multiple ways. Learn more.
In addition to the instructions box at the top of a Progress Report form, administrators can add notes (up to 440 characters) for specific questions.
Administrator View - Adding Notes When Creating Question
- Click Add to add notes with field upfront.
Administrator View - Adding Notes When Editing Question
- Click Save to add notes.
Awardee View
- Notes appear directly above the appropriate question.
